摘要
提出了检测实验室在人员技术能力风险评估基础上,开展人员技术能力评价的要点,并给出了建材领域检测项目检测人员技术能力风险控制的方案建议。
The article puts forward the evaluation points of personnel technical ability based on the risk assessment of personnel technical ability of the testing laboratory,and gives suggestions on the control plan of the technical abil⁃ity risk of the testing personnel in the field of building materials.
