成品油物流优化创效思考与实践

摘要 近年来我国成品油市场资源供大于求,成品油销售企业面临来自于市场内外的诸多挑战,竞争日益激烈,特别是今年以来受全球新冠肺炎疫情影响,成品油需求急剧下降,国际油价屡创历史新低,成品油销售企业在新形势下扩销增量、降费增效的压力倍增。在通过提高成品油销量和网络占有率等传统获利方式愈发困难的情况下,如何通过加强供应链的高效管理,优化物流运行,降低运杂费用,成为提升企业竞争力和经济效益的必然选择。运杂费在成品油销售企业各项费用中占比较高,亟需通过各种手段创新运行方式,优化物流运行,降低运杂费开支,为企业经营创效和可持续发展提供坚实保障。本文从我国成品油市场和物流运行现状出发,结合作者本人工作实际,对如何做好一、二、三次物流统筹优化,创新物流运行方式,推进成品油销售企业物流优化降费创效提出了相关建议。
