摘要
针对石油输气管道的腐蚀问题,制备一种新型的纳米改性环氧防腐涂层。为制备该涂层,以环氧树脂、分散剂、偶联剂等作为试验材料,通过超声波处理等,得到改性后的纳米环氧涂层,然后将涂层均匀的放置在钢管中,得到制备好的管道涂层。最后通过附着力试验、耐蚀性试验和耐腐蚀试验,验证了文章制备方法的可行性。
Aiming at the corrosion problem of petroleum gas pipeline,a new type of nano-modified epoxy anticorrosive coating was prepared.In order to prepare the coating,epoxy resin,dispersant,coupling agent and so on were used as the test materials,and the modified nano-epoxy coating was obtained by ultrasonic treatment,and then the coating was evenly placed in the steel pipe to obtain the prepared pipe coating.Finally,the feasibility of the preparation method is verified by adhesion test,corrosion resistance test and corrosion resistance test.
