摘要
针对目前县级业务台站预报服务工作繁重复杂,微博、微信、邮箱、Ftp、大喇叭等服务途径多样,人工操作简单重复等特点,为简化流程,提高效率,文章研究设计并开发了一套县级一体化发布平台。在一体化软件的设计和实现过程中,基于C#.Net语言,Windows Form框架,研究利用Webservice来提高运行速度,采用LINQ访问方式加强可读性和防止注入,调用微博SDK和微信SDK等第三方包实现微博微信的发布,应用多线程、并行技术提高预报制作发布效率。研究设计和软件研发成果在业务单位应用后,极大的规范了预报业务和服务业务流程,提高了工作效率,发挥了很好的业务效益和社会效益。
In view of the current heavy and complicated forecasting service of county-level business stations,the service channels of Weibo,WeChat,mailbox,Ftp,and loudspeakers are diverse,and the manual operations are simple and repeatable.In order to simplify the process and improve the efficiency,this paper studies and designs and develops a set of county-level integrated publishing platforms.In the process of design and implementation of integrated software,based on C#.Net language and Windows Form framework,researching and using Webservice to improve running speed,adopting LINQ access method to enhance readability and preventing injection,use thirdparty packages such as Weibo SDK and WeChat SDK to publish Weibo and WeChat,and apply multithreading and parallel technology to improve the efficiency of forecast production and release.After the application of the research design and the software R&D results in business units,the forecast and weather service processes have been greatly standardized,the work efficiency has been improved,and exerted good business and social benefits.
