基于云计算的化工研磨机远程监控系统构建

摘要 针对当前化工研磨机远程监控的必要性,结合现代信息技术,提出一种化工研磨机远程监控系统。为实现该系统,采用主从控制的方式,实现现场终端对研磨机数据的采集;采用串口通信和无线通信结合的方式,实现与从控制器和远程通信服务器的通信;采用PHP+AJAX等技术,实现对后台服务器管理界面的设计。通过搭建硬件和软件试验平台,对文章中的方案进行检验,结果表明,监控系统能实现对研磨机参数的采集,并查询历史和实时数据。 In view of the necessity of remote monitoring of chemical lapping machine,combined with modern information technology,a remote monitoring system of chemical lapping machine is proposed.In order to realize the system,the master-slave control method is adopted to realize the data collection of the grinder by the field terminal;the serial communication and wireless communication are adopted to realize the communication with the slave controller and the remote communication server;the PHP+AJAX technology is adopted to realize the design of the management interface of the backstage server.Finally,through the establishment of hardware and software test platform to test the above scheme,the results show that the above monitoring system can achieve the collection of grinder parameters,and query historical and real-time data.
