摘要
危险性与可操作性(HAZOP)是一种安全分析方法,在化工行业中应用广泛。文章首先分析了HAZOP的优势,选择往复压缩机作为研究对象进行安全评价指标体系研究,对往复压缩机的工作原理进行了分析,然后建立相关的指标体系,使用模糊综合评价方式进行定量分析,最终确定往复压缩机组的安全等级,于是根据其安全等级确定相应的改进措施。有助于提高化工机械设备安全性能,保障其高效安全运行。
Hazard and operability(HAZOP)is a safety analysis method that is widely used in the chemical industry.The paper first analyzes the advantages of HAZOP,selects the reciprocating compressor as the research object to study the safety evaluation index system,analyzes the working principle of the reciprocating compressor,then establishes the relevant index system,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for quantitative analysis.Determine the safety level of the reciprocating compressor unit,and then determine the corresponding improvement measures based on its safety level.It helps to improve the safety performance of chemical machinery and equipment and ensure its efficient and safe operation.
