基于机械制造工艺中的合理化机械设计系统分析 被引量:8

摘要 利用机械设备代替人工是现代工业高速发展的核心环节,能够大幅度提升生产制造的效率,有效降低人工生产制造的危险性,但目前针对机械设备设计的系统研究较少,难以从机械制造工艺方面出发对机械设备的制造进行合理化设计,易导致机械设备精度降低。鉴于此,文章对机械制造合理化设计的重要性进行研究,并对机械制造工艺流程进行研究,在此基础上对基于机械制造工艺的合理化机械设计进行了系统性的分析,制定了合理化机械设计策略,为机械设备制造提供了理论支持。 The use of mechanical equipment instead of labor is the core link of the rapid development of modern industry,which can greatly improve the efficiency of manufacturing and effectively reduce the risk of manufacturing,but at present,there is less systematic research on the design of mechanical equipment,so it is difficult to rationalize the design of mechanical equipment from the aspect of mechanical manufacturing technology,which can easily lead to the reduction of the precision of mechanical equipment.In view of this,the paper studies the importance of the rational design of mechanical manufacturing,and studies the process flow of mechanical manufacturing.On this basis,the rational mechanical design based on mechanical manufacturing process is systematically analyzed,and the rational mechanical design strategy is formulated providing theoretical support for the manufacture of machinery and equipment.
