摘要
山区高速公路混凝土早期断裂会使得路面寿命缩短。为了得到山区高速公路早期断裂的机理,通过ANSYS软件对山区公路的所受应力情况进行仿真,分析造成应力集中的原理,进而针对性的提出维护方案。将车辆的载荷应力和温度应力作为路面受力约束,通过求解得出剪切应力和拉应力均和温度有着明显的线性关系,说明车辆的超载和温差较大是造成山区混凝土路面产生断裂的主要原因。通过大量道路损坏统计,将断裂程度分为轻微断裂、中等断裂以及严重断裂,并根据相应的损坏特征提出相应的修复措施。
Early break of concrete on mountain highways will shorten the life of road surfaces.In order to obtain the mechanism of early break of mountain highway.Through ANSYS software,the stress situation of mountain roads is simulated,the principle of stress concentration is analyzed,and the maintenance scheme is put forward.Taking the load stress and temperature stress of the vehicle as the force constraint of the road surface,the result of solving the result shows that there is a clear linear relationship between shear stress and pull stress and temperature,which shows that the overload and temperature difference of the vehicle is the main cause of fracture on the concrete pavement in mountainous areas.Through a large number of road damage statistics,the degree of fracture is divided into slight fracture,medium fracture and severe fracture,and according to the corresponding damage characteristics proposed repair measures.
