香蕉叶缩合单宁超声提取工艺优化 被引量:6

摘要 对香蕉叶中缩合单宁的超声提取工艺进行研究.在单因素实验基础上,采用响应面分析法对超声辅助提取的工艺参数进行优化.结果表明四种因素对香蕉叶中缩合单宁提取量的影响为液料比>超声功率>乙醇浓度>提取时间.最优工艺条件提取时间25 min,乙醇浓度85%,液料比28 mL·g^-1,超声功率50%.预测提取量为7.27 mg·g^-1,实际为7.15 mg·g^-1,预测提取量和实际提取量较为接近,说明响应面法对超声提取香蕉叶缩合单宁的工艺优化较为可靠. Ultrasonic extraction of condensed tannin from banana leaves was studied.On the basis of the single factor,response surface analysis was used to optimize the process parameters of ultrasound-assisted extraction.Resulting:the influence of four factors on the extraction amount of condensed tannin in banana leaves was as follows:extraction time of liquid to material ratio>ultrasonic power>ethanol concentration>extracting time.The results showed that the optimum conditions of the extraction from banana leaves were as follow:extraction time(25min),ethanol concentration(85%),liquid–solid ratio(28 mL·g^-1),ultrasonic power(50%).The predicted extraction capacity was7.27 mg·g^-1,the actual extraction capacity was 7.15 mg·g^-1.The predicted extraction capacity was consisting with and actual capacity,indicating that the response surface method is reliable for ultrasonic extraction process of condensed tannins from banana leaves.
