Research on the Construction of Major Introductory Course in the Transformation of Application-oriented Talents Training

本文介绍了专业导论课的特点,开设的目的、意义和理论基础.根据特质因素理论和生涯发展理论并结合该课程引导性、基础性、全面性、概括性以及与时俱进等特点进行构建.科学设计教学内容、教学方式,让学生在对专业及其发展有较全面、科学、系统的认识的基础上,明确学习目标,制定专业学习计划及职业生涯发展规划.激发学生学习内驱力,将理论学习与实践应用相结合,有意识地加强职业能力的培养,增强个人实力及综合竞争力,优化应用型人才培养.

This paper introduces the characteristics,purpose,significance and theoretical basis of the introductory course.According to the trait factor theory and career development theory,the course construction will also be combined with the characteristics of guidance,fundamental and the characteristic of advancing with the times.It is advocated that scientific designing the teaching content and planning to help the students establishing a series of comprehensive,scientific and systematic recognition and putting forward studying purpose,formulating professional plan of major study and career development.The students should be stimulated to combine with the theoretical learning and practical training,enhance individual professional ability and comprehensive competitiveness.
