厦门市举重退役运动员就业现状调查及对策研究

Investigation and Suggestions on the Employment Condition of Retired Weightlifting Athletes in Xiamen City

采用问卷调查和专家访谈等方法对厦门市举重退役运动员退役现状情况进行调查和分析.研究结果表明运动员退役后大多数会选择自主择业,而从事最多的工作是体育教师,其工资水平在3001-6000元;有少数运动员退役会求学深造以提高文化程度与核心竞争力.影响就业的因素包括就业环境的险峻;运动员退役安置政策的不完善;运动员自身的文化素养不足;运动员职业生涯规划缺失.建议引导运动员树立良好的竞争意识和职业道德理念,年满16周岁的运动员可以外出兼职积攒经验;市体校可定期举办运动员专题学习研讨会或交流会,运动员自身要加强体育学基础理论知识的学习;完善厦门市举重退役运动员的退役安置政策;加强运动员职业技能的培养,引导运动员向CrossFit教练员发展;鼓励运动员退役后先到健身俱乐部磨练自己,时机成熟再创业.

The current situation of retired weightlifters in Xiamen City was investigated and analyzed by means of questionnaire and expert interview.The results show that the majority of retired athletes will choose their own career,and the most engaged in the work of physical education teachers,whose salary level is 3,001-6,000 Yuan;A few retired athletes will pursue further education to improve their education and core competitiveness.The employment influencing factors include:the precipitous employment environment;The imperfection of placement policy for retired athletes;Athletes themselves lack of cultural literacy and career planning.Suggestions:guide athletes to establish a good sense of competition and professional ethics,athletes over the age of 16 can go out part-time to accumulate experience;The municipal sports school can hold the seminar or the exchange meeting for athletes on a regular basis.To improve the retirement placement policy of retired weightlifters in Xiamen;Strengthen the training of athletes'professional skills and guide them to develop into CrossFit coaches;Athletes are encouraged to come to health clubs after retirement to hone their skills and start their own businesses when the time is right.
