服务供应链模式下居家养老服务提供商组合选择研究

Research on Portfolio Selection of Home Aged Service Suppliers under Service Supply Chain Model

在社会养老资源有限和家庭养老功能弱化的背景下,探究适合养老服务提供商的评估标准和选择策略,对养老行业的发展具有重要的现实意义。本文基于服务链理论和需求层次理论,通过文献调研、梳理,深入分析了当前学者对老年人服务需求的研究现状,在此基础上构建了居家养老服务供应链模型,并从一般绩效标准和服务绩效标准两个维度建立了养老服务提供商评价指标体系。文章针对现有文献在服务提供商方面选择上对于有约束条件供应商选择问题研究的不足,首先根据建立的两个维度的指标体系,采用K-means聚类方法将服务提供商分类,将表现为优的一类服务供应商进行组合,然后通过VIKOR方法筛选出表现最优的供应商组合,最后通过一个模拟案例验证方法的可行性。

Under the background of limited social pension resources and weak family pension function,it is of great practical significance to explore the evaluation criteria and selection strategies suitable for the aged care providers.Based on the theory of service chain theory and demand hierarchy,this paper analyzes the current research status of the service demand of the elderly by the literature research and combing.On this basis,the model of the home care service supply chain is constructed,and the general performance standards and services are The two dimensions of performance standards establish an evaluation index system for aged care providers.This paper focuses on the shortcomings of the existing literature on the choice of constrained supplier selection in the service provider.Firstly,according to the established twodimensional index system,the K-means clustering method is used to classify the service providers.A combination of excellent service providers,and then through the VIKOR method to screen out the best performing supplier portfolio,and finally through a simulation case to verify the feasibility of the method.
