陕西省宜川县药用植物资源调查

Investigation on Medicinal Plant Resources in Yichuan County of Shaanxi Province

目的:对陕西省宜川县的药用植物资源进行调查,明确药用植物种类、功效等信息,为当地中药资源保护与开发提供参考。方法:对野生中药资源的调查采用代表区域-样地-样方套-样方的调查方式,选取草丛、草原、灌丛、针叶林和阔叶林5种代表区域进行调查。同时,对栽培药用植物、中医药传统知识及中药材市场进行调查。结果:共调查39个样地,发现药用植物58科107属118种,其中87种为2015年版中国药典收载中药的基原植物,50种为陕西重点或特色品种,4种为中国珍稀濒危植物。当地药用植物以野生为主,仅有3种人工栽培药用植物。调查有3家商户收购野生药材。结论:宜川县野生药用植物资源丰富、种类繁多,但野生资源利用程度低,栽培药用植物种植较少。本研究可为宜川县野生中药资源的保护、利用、开发提供科学参考。

Objective:To investigatite the medicinal plants resources in Yichuan county,Shaanxi province,to clarify the information of medicinal plant species and efficacy,in order to provide suggestions for the protection and development of local traditional Chinese medicine resources.Methods:The investigation of wild traditional Chinese medicine resources adopted the investigation method of representative region-sample land-sample square set-sample square,and selected five representative regions of grass,grassland,shrub,coniferous forest and broad-leaved forest.At the same time,the market of cultivated medicinal plants,traditional Chinese medicine knowledge and traditional Chinese medicine were investigated.Results:A total of thirty-nine sample plots were investigated,118 species of medicinal plants were found in 107 genera and 58 families,among which 87 species were the basic plants of traditional Chinese medicine collected in Chinese pharmacopoeia 2015,50 species were key or characteristic varieties in Shaanxi,4 species were rare and endangered plants in China.The local medicinal plants were mainly wild,only 3 kinds of medicinal plants were cultivated artificially.There were 3 merchants to purchase wild medicinal plants.Conclusion:Yichuan county is rich in wild medicinal plant resources and has a wide variety of species.However,the utilization of wild resources is low and cultivation of medicinal plants is rare.This study can provide scientific reference for the protection,utilization and development of wild traditional Chinese medicine resources in Yichuan county.
