摘要
目的:研究菜蓟Cynara scolymus L.叶的化学成分及其活性。方法:采用各种正反相色谱柱以及高效液相等技术进行分离纯化,运用波谱解析技术确定化合物结构,使用CCK-8方法检测化合物的抗肿瘤活性。结果:从菜蓟叶中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为:(+)-松脂素-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、丁香脂素-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、丁香脂素(3)、Δ1-4-羟基-2-萘酸(4)、Δ3-3-甲氧基-2-萘酸(5)、8-脱氧-11,13-二羟基愈创木内酯(6)、菜蓟苦素(7)、cynarascoloside C(8)、马钱子苷(9)、木樨草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10)。结论:其中,化合物1~5、9为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物2、4~7和9对所测的3株细胞都具有一定的抗肿瘤活性,且化合物6的抑制效果最强。
Objective:To research the chemical constituents from the leaves of Cynara scolymus and its anti-tumor activity.Methods:The chemical compounds were isolated and purified by normal and reverse phase column chromatography and HPLC techniques.The structures of the compounds were elucidated by spectral analysis technique.The anti-tumor activity was evaluated by CCK-8 method.Results:Ten compounds were isolated and identified as(+)-pinoresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),syringaresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),syringaresinol(3),Δ1-4-hydroxynaphthalene-2-naphthoic acid(4),Δ3-3-methoxy-2-naphthoic acid(5),8-deoxy-11,13-dihydroxygrosheimin(6),cynaropicrin(7),cynarascoloside C(8),loganin(9),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(10).Conclusion:Compounds 1 to 5 and 9 are isolated from this plant for the first time.Compounds 2,4 to 7 and 9 have certain potent anti-tumor activities against all three cells,while compound 6 has the strongest inhibitory effect.
