摘要 目的:建立不同产地南、北柴胡样品非皂苷类成分HPLC指纹图谱,为全面评价柴胡药材质量提供方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定样品,利用“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统”处理数据,并进行聚类分析与主成分分析。结果:柴胡样品质量存在较大差异,相似度为0.656~0.968;聚类分析结果表明南、北柴胡化学成分无显著差异;甘肃与内蒙古、山西柴胡质量较为一致。主成分分析获得5个主成分,并得出综合主成分模型,缩短质量评价时间。结论:所建立的柴胡非皂苷类成分HPLC指纹图谱方法精密度、重复性、稳定性良好,结合聚类分析与主成分分析,可为全面评价柴胡质量提供依据。 Objective:To establish a HPLC fingerprint of non-saponin components of Bupleurum scorzonerifolium and Bupleurum chinense from different regions,in order to provide method for comprehensive evaluation of Bupleuri Radix quality.Methods:HPLC method was used to determine the samples,the datum were analyzed and processed by the“Similarity evaluation system of TCM fingerprint chromatogram”,cluster analysis and principal component analysis were performed.Results:The quality of Bupleuri Radix samples was significantly different with the similarity of 0.656~0.968.The results of cluster analysis showed that there was no significant difference in chemical composition between Bupleurum scorzonerifolium and Bupleurum chinense.The quality of Bupleuri Radix in Gansu,Inner Mongolia and Shanxi were consistent.Five principal components were obtained by principal component analysis,and a comprehensive principal component model was established to shorten the time of quality evaluation.Conclusion:The established HPLC fingerprint method for non-saponin components of Bupleuri Radix has good precision,repeatability and stability.Combined with cluster analysis and principal component analysis,it can provide a basis for the comprehensive evaluation of Bupleuri Radix quality.
