Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Mobile Phone Internet Addiction among College Students from Campus Far Away from Central City

目的探讨远离中心城市高校大学生手机网络成瘾现状及其影响因素,为制定科学的手机网络成瘾的干预措施提供依据。方法应用医学与非医学专业1∶1分层随机抽样方法,对唐山市远离中心城市某高校2977名大学生,运用一般情况调查表、大学生手机网络分类量表、90后大学生自我管理量表和大学生社会支持量表,对手机网络成瘾现状进行问卷调查,采用二元Logistic回归方法分析其影响因素。结果该群体手机网络成瘾检出率为49.8%。Logistic回归分析结果显示,大二年级、月均总消费较高、经常心情郁闷、有孤独感、学习压力大、不重视发展业余爱好、较低的社会支持水平和自我管理能力是大学生手机网络成瘾的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论远离中心城市高校大学生手机网络成瘾率较高,影响因素复杂,应采取有针对性的措施,鼓励大学生正确使用手机,帮助其更好地学习和促进身心健康发展。

Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of mobile internet addiction among college students far away from central city,and provide a basis for developing scientific interventions for mobile internet addiction.Methods By using 1∶1 stratified random sampling method for medical and non-medical majors,2977 college students from a university in campus far away from the central city in Tangshan City were selec-ted.And Investigation was conducted by using self-designed general information questionnaire,mobile phone internet addiction scale for college students,the self-management ability questionnaire of the post-90 s university students,the social support scale for university students.Chi-square test and Logistic multiple regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors.Results The rate of mobile phone addiction in this group was 49.8%.Binary logistic regression analysis showed that following were significant impact factors of mobile phone internet addiction among college students far away from central city:grade(OR=1.887),monthly average total consumption(OR=1.259),frequently depressed(OR=21.138),loneliness(OR=1.972),learning pressure(OR=1.423),no interest in the development of hobbies(OR=0.873),the level of social support(OR=0.105)and self-management ability(OR=0.023)(P<0.05 for all).Conclusion The mobile phone addiction rate of students living far away from central city is relatively high.Students should be encouraged to conduct realistic interpersonal interactions and use mobile phones correctly to help better learn and promote healthy development of physical and mental health.
