Analysis on Cognition of Medical Staff to Public Health Work in Wuhan Medical Institutions

目的了解医疗机构医务人员对医院公共卫生的认知等情况,从供方角度分析医院开展公共卫生工作存在的问题,以期帮助相关部门更好地开展公共卫生工作。方法通过分层随机抽取方法调查武汉市公立医院医务人员2356人,分析其对医院公共卫生工作的认知情况。结果97.8%的被调查医务工作者赞同医院承担公共卫生工作,且96.0%的人认为医院的公共卫生工作需要成立专门的公共卫生与预防保健科,但仍有25.4%的人不清楚所在医院是否设置了公共卫生管理员的岗位。16.2%的人表示不了解医院卫生应急响应处置程序,在临床工作中仅有113人(4.8%)未对患者进行健康教育。结论宏观上应该进一步提高医院领导层面对公共卫生工作的重视程度,中观层面要致力于提高内部管理效率,优化医院公共卫生部门管理工作模式,微观上全面提高医务人员专业知识,防止医与防知识分离。

Objective To understand the cognition of medical staff to public health in hospitals,and analyze the existing problems of public health work in hospitals from the perspective of suppliers,so as to help relevant departments better carry out public health work.Methods By stratified random sampling method,2356 medical staff were investigated to analyze their cognition of public health work in hospitals.Results 97.8%of the surveyed medical workers agreed that the hospital should undertake public health work,and 96.0%believed that the public health work of the hospital needed to establish a special public health and preventive health department,but 25.4%still did not know whether the public health administrator position was set up in the hospital.16.2%of the patients said they did not understand the hospital health emergency response procedures,and only 113(4.8%)of the patients did not receive health education in clinical work.Conclusion On the macro level,we should further improve the attention of the hospital leadership to the public health work.On the meso level,we should be committed to improving the internal management efficiency,optimizing the management mode of the public health department of the hospital.And on the micro level,we should comprehensively improve the professional knowledge of the medical staff to prevent the separation of the knowledge of treatment and prevention.
