临床药师对精神分裂症伴血脂异常患者的药学监护

Pharmaceutical care of schizophrenia patients with dyslipidemia by clinical pharmacists

目的探讨精神专科临床药师在精神分裂症伴血脂异常患者中开展药学监护的作用。方法临床药师对4例精神分裂症合并血脂异常患者进行药学监护,总结临床药师在降脂目标值、药物选择、药物服用方法、治疗靶点以及精神药物调整方面的监护内容。结果临床药师结合精神分裂症患者治疗特点,综合评价临床表现,建立个体化的药学监护,合理应用调脂药,使患者得到有效治疗。结论临床药师通过帮助精神专科医生对涉及非本专科的用药进行调整,有助于提高用药的有效性和安全性。

Objective To investigate the effect of clinical pharmacists on pharmaceutical care of schizophrenia patients with dyslipidemia.Methods Four schizophrenic patients with dyslipidemia were monitored by clinical pharmacists.The monitoring contents of clinical pharmacists in the aspects of target value of lipid reduction,drug selection,drug taking method,treatment target and adjustment of psychotropic drugs were summarized.Results The clinical pharmacists combined with the treatment characteristics of schizophrenics,comprehensively evaluated the clinical manifestations,established individual pharmaceutical care,and reasonably applied lipid regulating drugs,so that the patients were effectively treated.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists can help psychiatrists to adjust the medication involving non specialty,which is helpful to improve the effectiveness and safety of medication.
