难治性癫痫的中医用药规律研究

Study on the rule of traditional Chinese medicine for intractable epilepsy

目的基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),分析《中华医典》文献库中难治性癫痫的组方用药规律。方法运用中医传承辅助平台集成数据挖掘方法,构建难治性癫痫内服方剂数据库,对其进行描述性分析、关联性分析及聚类分析。结果对筛选出来的181首方剂进行分析,药物频次前5位的分别是人参、半夏、胆南星、远志、朱砂,且非常重视虫类药、矿物类药使用,并通过聚类分析挖掘出新方12首。结论难治性癫痫的治疗应注重本虚、痰浊、肝风等因素,药物上以补虚药为主,辅以化痰开窍,平肝熄风之药。

Objective To analyze composing principles of prescriptions for intractable epilepsy in the Encyclopedia of Traditional Chinese based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(TCMISS,V2.5).Methods Using the integrated data mining method of TCMISS,the database of intractable epilepsy prescriptions was constructed,and its descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis were carried out.Results Through the analysis of 181 prescriptions screened out,the top 5 prescriptions were ginseng,Pinellia ternata,dannanxing,Polygala and cinnabar,which attached great importance to the use of insect drugs and mineral drugs,and 12 new prescriptions were excavated through cluster analysis.Conclusion The treatment of intractable epilepsy should pay attention to the factors such as deficiency,turbid phlegm,liver wind,etc.The main drugs are tonic drugs,supplemented by drugs for resolving phlegm and inducing resuscitation,calming the liver and calming the wind.
