摘要
开放创新实现了内外部创新资源的有效组合,让不同创新主体在自己具有"比较优势"的领域进行创新,提高了企业创新成效。企业要强化开放式创新的系统化管理,明确开放创新的管理职责,不断提高员工开放合作的意识,加强创新人才队伍建设;要建立相关合作机制,有效实现对开放式创新过程的协同管控;构建各类合作方协同创新的生态系统,强化内外部知识与资源的共享与整合;构建符合企业需求的开放式创新平台,促进合作创新成果的大量涌现。
Open innovation achieves an effective combination of internal and external innovation resources, enables different innovators to innovate in their own "comparative advantage" areas, and improves the effectiveness of enterprise innovation. Enterprises should strengthen the systematic management of open innovation, clarify the management responsibilities of open innovation, constantly improve employees’ awareness of open cooperation, and strengthen the construction of innovative talent team. Enterprises should establish relevant cooperation mechanisms to effectively control the open innovation process, build an ecosystem of collaborative innovation among all kinds of partners, and strengthen the sharing and integration of internal and external knowledge and resources. Enterprises should also build an open innovation platform that meets the needs of enterprises and promote the emergence of a large number of cooperative innovation achievements.
