摘要
基于社会认知理论和期望理论,深入研究了职业使命感和创造力之间的关系,以及创新自我效能和创新内在动机在上述关系中的多重中介作用。结果表明:职业使命感对技能人才创造力具有显著的正向直接影响和间接影响。在间接影响方面,主要具有两条路径:①职业使命感通过增强员工的创新自我效能影响其创造力;②职业使命感通过增强创新自我效能,激活了个体的创新内在动机,进而影响创造力。
Based on the social cognitive theory and expectancy theory, we explored the relationship between career calling and employee creativity, as well as the multiple mediating role of innovation self-efficacy and innovation intrinsic motivation in the relationship. Path analyses show that career calling has a positive direct and indirect impact on employee creativity. In terms of indirect impact, there are two main paths. First, career calling affects the employees’ creativity through their innovative self-efficacy. Second, career calling stimulates the intrinsic motivation of employees’ innovation by enhancing the self-efficacy of innovation, and then affects creativity.
