摘要
德国是世界农业现代化强国,农业科技领先,在农业科技创新体系建设、科研计划管理和创新政策等方面有很多值得借鉴参考的做法和经验,启示我们加大农业科研力度、加快创新体系和服务体系建设、加强科技人才培养,为创新驱动乡村振兴发展提供战略支撑。
Germany is a world-wide agricultural modernization powerhouse with leading agricultural technology. There are many practices and experiences worthy of reference in the construction of agricultural science and technology innovation system, scientific research plan management and innovation policy, which inspires us to increase investment and attention in agricultural research, innovation system and service system construction, and scientific and technological personnel training, accelerate the construction of agricultural science and technology innovation system with Chinese characteristics, and provide strategic support for innovation to drive rural revitalization and development.
