基于BGL气化炉建模的3E分析与优化

3E analysis and optimization based on BGL gasification modeling

摘要 现有针对工艺的评价体系方法中主要以单一指标对BGL气化炉进行建模和参数优化,未实现能源-环境-经济多指标的系统优化。为此,基于流程模拟软件Aspen Plus对BGL气化炉建模,引入单位有效气总成本、?效率和污水排放量作为评价指标基于3E分析法研究关键操作参数与该评价体系之间的关联机制。从反应机理和热力学角度考察关键参数水蒸气、氧气进料量对评价体系的影响,通过分析揭示了多参数优化与多目标分析之间的作用机理,得到了当汽煤比为0.14,氧煤比为0.33时,单位有效气总成本和污水排放量达到最低值,?效率达到相对较高的值,确定了最佳操作工况。 The BGL gasifier is modeled and optimized mainly by a single index in the existing evaluation system method for the process,and the energy-environment-economic multi-index system optimization is not realized.To this end,BGL gasifier is modeled based on Aspen Plus.The unit effective gas total cost,exergy efficiency and sewage discharge are introduced as evaluation indicators based on 3E analysis method to study the correlation mechanism between key operating parameters and the evaluation system.The effects of key parameters steam and oxygen feed on the evaluation system are investigated from the perspective of reaction mechanism and thermodynamics.The interaction mechanism of multi-parameter optimization and multi-objective analysis is revealed according to the above analysis.The unit effective gas total cost and sewage discharge reach the lowest value,and the exergy efficiency reaches relatively high value when the ratio of steam to coal is 0.14,and the ratio of oxygen to coal is 0.33,so that the optimal operating conditions are dertermined.
