摘要
本文对铺层复合材料中常见的孔隙和褶皱缺陷对性能的影响及其仿真分析方法进行了一系列文献和试验研究。其中孔隙缺陷主要考虑了孔隙率对层间剪切强度、层间I型和II型临界断裂释放能及疲劳寿命的影响。褶皱缺陷考虑了褶皱的衡量指标及其对拉伸、压缩、面外剪切强度和疲劳寿命的影响。基于孔隙和褶皱的无损检测可检性及其对性能的影响提出了铺层复合材料考虑这两种缺陷影响的设计指南。
Pososity and wrinkles are the most common defects in laminated composites.This paper investigated the influence of these two types of defects on properties of composites by literature research and experiments.For porosity,its NDT methods and effect on interlaminar shear strength(ILSS),Mode I and Mode II critical energy release rate for delamination(GIc,GIIc)and fatigue life were studied.For wrinkle defects,their measurement and influence on tensile,compressive,out-of-plane shear properties and fatigue life were investigated.Based on their influence on properties and dectability by NDT,guidance for defect tolerance design in laminated composites was proposed for industry application.
