摘要
本文分析的复合材料筒段是某型飞机的关键连接部件,具有重要作用,因此需要对其进行强度分析。本文采用有限单元法,建立了该筒段的有限元模型,对其强度进行仿真分析。以应变为判断标准,有限元分析结果表明,在复合材料筒段的厚度变化区出现了较大的应变梯度,为减小此处的应变梯度,通过增加筒段的厚度和改变筒段的铺层对其进行补强。有限元结果表明,补强后筒段的整体应变和厚度变化区的应变梯度均降低,达到了补强目的。
The composite tube analyzed in this paper is a key connecting part of a certain type of aircraft.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct strength analysis on it.Based on finite element method,the finite element model of the composite tube is established and its strength is analyzed.Taking strain as the criterion,the finite element analysis results indicate that a large strain gradient appears in the thickness change zone of the composite tube.In order to reduce the strain gradient here,it is reinforced by increasing the thickness and changing the layer of the composite tube.The results show that both the strain and the strain gradient in the thickness change zone are reduced after the reinforcement.
