摘要
本文针对某项目复材模具高温高压气密检测一次合格率(FTY)低的问题,对比了项目复材模具气密合格新标准与国内、国外气密合格标准的技术参数,证明了项目新标准要求高于国内、国外标准要求;通过建立气密合格判定模型,理论分析并通过试验验证,证明了由传统辅料组成的气密检测系统在高温、高压阶段气密性能稳定性差、存在严重的"真空闭塞"现象,不能用于项目的气密检测;提出并通过试验,验证了能达到项目新标准要求的气密检测系统改进方案。
Aiming at the problem of low first time yield(FTY)of high temperature and high pressure gas tightness testing for composite forming molds in a project,this paper compares the technical parameters of the new standard of air tightness qualification of the project’s composite forming molds with that of the domestic and foreign standards,and proved that the requirements of the new standard of the project are higher than those of the domestic and foreign standards.By establishing a model for judging the qualifications of air tightness,theoretical analysis and experimental verification,the author proves that the air tightness detection system composed of traditional auxiliary materials has poor performance in high temperature and high pressure stage,and has serious"vacuum blocking"phenomenon,so it cannot be used for air tightness detection of projects.Finally,the author puts forward and verifies the improvement scheme of the air tightness detection system which can meet the requirements of the new project standard through experiments.
