焦肥煤配比对顶装和捣固焦性能的影响 被引量:13

Influence of coking coal and fat coal ratio on performance of top-charging coke and stamping coke

摘要 为了解顶装焦和捣固焦在性能指标上的差异,利用300 kg试验焦炉研究了不同焦肥煤配比对顶装焦和捣固焦性能的影响规律。研究发现,焦肥煤配比由30%提高到60%,捣固炼焦可以改善焦炭冷热强度,且改善作用逐渐减弱;焦炭镶嵌结构体积分数逐渐升高,而同性结构体积分数逐渐降低;焦炭平均孔径逐渐升高,气孔率逐渐降低。焦炭的反应后强度随镶嵌结构体积分数的增大呈现升高趋势,而反应性随各向同性总和ΣISO体积分数的升高而升高。相同配煤结构情况下,捣固焦平均孔径偏低,气孔壁厚度增加,气孔率低约20%。 In order to understand the difference between top-charging coke and stamping coke in terms of performance indexes, the influence law of different ratio of coking coal and fat coal on the performance of top-charging coke and stamping coke was studied by using the 300 kg test coke oven. The conclusions can be drawn: when the ratio of coking coal and fat coal increased from 30% to 60%, stamp coking can improve the cold and hot strength index of coke and the improving effect was weakened. The content of the coke mosaic structure was increased gradually, while the content of the isotropic structure was decreased. The average coke pore diameter was increased and porosity was decreased gradually. Coke strength after reaction showed an increasing trend with the increase of mosaic structure content, while reactivity was gradually increased with the increase of isotropic structure. Under the same condition of coal blending composition, the average pore diameter of the stamping coke was lower, the thickness of the pore wall was increased, and the porosity was lower to about 20%.
