高温合金离心铸造生产过程能源管理系统设计及实现 被引量:2

Design and implementation of energy management system in centrifugal casting process of superalloy

摘要 为提高离心铸造企业的能源管理水平和能源利用效率,对高温合金离心铸造生产过程进行能源管理系统的设计研究。通过分析高温合金离心铸造生产过程的能耗特点,提出数据采集、数据存储、数据分析及数据应用的4层架构的能源管理系统。在对所需采集的数据进行分析的基础上,提出相应的能耗数据采集硬件配置方案和实时数据采集方案。同时,开展了熔炼炉单位耗能分析、关键工序能耗平衡分析等,提出相应的能耗数据节能优化方案。在此基础上,对能源管理系统的功能架构进行设计,并基于B/S功能架构对能源管理系统进行开发及应用,实现了高温合金离心铸造生产过程数据的采集、监测和能耗优化。 In order to improve the energy management level and energy utilization efficiency of centrifugal casting enterprises, the research of the energy management system for the superalloy centrifugal casting production process was carried out. By analyzing the energy consumption characteristics of the superalloy centrifugal casting production process, a four-layer energy management system was proposed, which included data collection, data storage, data analysis and data application. Based on the analysis of the collected data, the corresponding energy consumption data acquisition hardware configuration scheme and real-time data acquisition scheme were proposed. At the same time, the unit energy analysis of the melting furnace, the energy balance analysis of key processes, etc. were carried out, and the corresponding energy-saving data energy-saving optimization scheme was proposed. Based on these analyses, the functional structure of the energy management system was designed, and the energy management system was developed and applied based on the B/S functional architecture, which realized the data collection, monitoring and energy consumption optimization of the superalloy centrifugal casting production process.
