摘要
螺旋锚旋入土中后,很快获得预期的承载力,可以承受抗拔荷载,其最大特点是对原状土扰动极小,充分利用原状土的承载能力,在保证施工质量的前提下,能大大降低材料消耗,不需要进行开挖、浇筑、回填及养护等工作,提高效率,缩短工期。2000年初辽宁省电力有限公司开展螺旋锚基础的应用研究,防腐采用防腐涂层+牺牲阳极保护方式,并大量应用于丹东66 kV新石线工程,通过对螺旋锚基础的环境腐蚀性与螺旋锚基础腐蚀状况进行调查与研究,提出了螺旋锚基础的防腐措施改进建议。
Screw anchors can bear the uplift load like a screw in the earth.The biggest characteristic of this type of foundation is that the disturbance to the undisturbed soil is minimal and the bearing capacity is fully utilized.On the premise of ensuring the construction quality,the material consumption can be greatly reduced without excavation,casting,backfilling and maintenance,so as to improve the efficiency.After the screw anchors put into the soil,it will obtain the expected bearing capacity soon and shorten the construction period.State grid Liaoning electric power supply co.,ltd.has been studying the application of screw anchors foundation since the beginning of 2000,and it has been widely used in in Dandong 66 kV Xinshi transmission line project.It has used anti-corrosion coating and sacrificial anode protection.The foundation has been excavated and inspected according to the requirements of the state grid corporation.Based on the investigation and research on environmental corrosivity of steal screw anchors for transmission tower,there puts forward some measures and improve suggestions for the anti-corrosion in Dandong Xinshi transmission line.
