浅析1000 MW超超临界间接空冷机组设计特点

摘要 以某1000 MW超超临界间接空冷机组为对象,分别从锅炉侧和汽机侧着手,分析了几项技术的优点。等离子和微油点火技术联合应用、热一次风主管道布置点火暖风器、干湿联合冷却塔、临机加热等技术可以节约燃料,丰富机组启动方式,增强煤种适应性,缩短启动时间,增强低负荷稳燃能力,节约水耗。 Taking a 1000 MW ultra supercritical indirect air cooling unit as an example,the advantages of several technologies are analyzed from the boiler side and the turbine side respectively.Combined with the application of plasma and the micro oil ignition technology,the arrangement of the ignition heater in the main pipe of hot primary air.Combined with the dry and the wet cooling tower,the local heating can save the fuel,enrich the unit startup mode,enhance the coal adaptability,shorten the startup time,enhance the low load combustion stability and save the water consumption.
