摘要
为了检验小电流接地选线装置的选线能力,确保选线装置的产品质量满足相关标准,提出了一种小电流接地选线装置动态模拟测试方法,并应用该方法在电力系统运行仿真分析实验室进行选线装置的性能验证试验。首先基于RTDS仿真系统对配电网线路建模,然后动态模拟配电网各种运行方式及不同故障条件下的线路单相接地故障,记录各故障测试中参与试验装置的选线结果并统计其准确率,最后对比分析不同装置的试验结果,为相关部门采购设备及装置制造商进行产品改进提供技术依据。
In order to test the line selection capability of the small current grounding line selection device and to ensure the product quality of the line selection device meeting relevant standards,a dynamic simulation test method for the small current grounding line selection device is proposed.The method is used to verify the performance of the line selection device in the power system operation simulation analysis laboratory.Firstly,build a model of the distribution network lines based on the real time digital simulation system,and then dynamically simulate the single-phase grounding fault of the line under various operating modes and different fault conditions of the distribution network.Secondly,record the line selection results of devices in each fault test and calculate the accuracy.Finally,compare and analyze the test results of different devices,which can provide technical basis for related departments to purchase equipment and device manufacturers to product improvement.
