一种便携式自动控制气动短路接地装置研制 被引量:1

摘要 接地线是保障变电站工作人员安全的重要措施,而站内设备检修时悬挂接地线悬挂主要通过人工操作绝缘操作杆将短路接地线挂在导线或检修设备上。针对这一问题,研制了一种便携式自动控制气动短路接地装置,并多次在500 kV变电站进行安装测试。结果表明,便携式自动控制气动短路接地装置能够大幅缩减接地线安装时间,保障现场工作人员安全,实现智能控制,提升工作效率,缩短设备停运时间,提高电网供电可靠性,应用前景广泛。 The grounding wire is an important measure to ensure the safety of the substation workers.When the equipment in the station is overhauled,the grounding wire suspension is mainly hung by manually operating the insulated operating rod to hang the short-circuited grounding wire on the wire or the maintenance equipment.In response to this problem,this paper develops a portable automatic control pneumatic short-circuit grounding device,and carries out installation tests in the 500 kV substation several times.The results show that the portable automatic control pneumatic short-circuit grounding device can greatly reduce the installation time of the grounding wire,ensure the safety of substation workers,realize intelligent control,improve work efficiency,shorten equipment outage time,improve grid power supply reliability,and has broad application prospects.
