三种不同护理措施在卵巢癌患者HIPEC治疗中渗液管理的效果观察

To observe the management effect of exudate by three different nursing measures in the HIPEC treatment for patients with ovarian cancer

目的:探讨卵巢癌患者行HIPEC治疗中三种不同护理措施针对患者腹腔灌注管周围渗液时的管理效果。方法:将2017年1月至2018年12月在解放军总医院妇科行HIPEC治疗的114例中晚期卵巢癌患者随机分为三组,分别为可塑贴环固定法组、胶布固定法组、腹壁加压包扎法组。观察三组患者腹腔灌注管周围渗液发生率、腹壁及皮肤刺激、损伤情况、患者主观舒适度。结果:可塑贴环固定法在HIPEC治疗中可显著降低腹腔灌注管松脱以及渗液现象、有效降低皮肤损伤率、提高患者舒适满意度。结论:可塑贴环固定法可减少卵巢癌患者HIPEC治疗中腹腔灌注管周围渗液发生率,减少不良事件的发生,保障护理安全。

Objective:To explore the management effect of three different nursing measures,which were used to administrate the exudate caused by peritoneal perfusion tube in the HIPEC treatment for patients with ovarian cancer.Methods:114 patients with advanced ovarian cancer treated with HIPEC were randomly divided into three groups,who were hospitalized in the department of gynecology,PLA General Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018.Patients in these three groups were applied by plastic ring fixation,adhesive tape fixation and abdominal wall compression bandage,respectively.The incidence of peritoneal perfusion leakage,skin irritation or injury of abdominal wall and patients’subjective feeling were observed.Results:Plastic ring fixation can reduce the loosening and exudation incidence of the peritoneal perfusion tube significantly,decreased the rate of skin damage and improve patients'subjective feeling effectively in the HIPEC treatment.Conclusion:Plastic ring fixation can reduce the incidence of peritoneal exudate and reduce the occurrence of adverse events in patients with ovarian cancer treated by HIPEC.
