宫腔镜黏膜下子宫肌瘤切除手术的护理配合

Nursing cooperation in hysteroscopic submucosal hysteromyomectomy

目的:重点剖析在宫腔镜黏膜下的子宫肌瘤切除术使用的护理配合能否起到有效作用。方法:所选时间为2013年8月至2018年4月,对本院共收集到的200例子宫肌瘤患者的病例,按照动态随机化法分为两组。分别予以患者基础护理(对照组,100例)与围术期综合护理配合(观察组,100例),并对所得到的结果(心态变化、预后改善情况与满意评分)进行深度探析。结果:观察组上述各指标优于对照组,在统计学上有差异(P<0.05)。结论:有效的围术期综合护理配合在患者于宫腔镜黏膜下进行子宫肌瘤切除手术的整个过程当中作用效果明显,患者预后恢复理想。

Objective:To analyze whether nursing cooperation in hysteroscopic submucosal hysteromyomectomy can play an effective role.Methods:From August 2013 to April 2018,200 cases of uterine leiomyoma were divided into two groups according to the dynamic randomization method.The patients were given basic nursing(control group,100)and perioperative comprehensive nursing(observation group,100),and the results(psychological changes,prognosis improvement and satisfaction score)were analyzed in depth.Results:The above indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and there were statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effective perioperative comprehensive nursing combined with hysteroscopic submucosal hysteromyomectomy has obvious effect in the whole process of hysteromyomectomy.The prognosis of patients recovers well and has high popularization value.
