中西医结合治疗宫颈癌前病变临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions with integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察宫颈锥切术辅助清热解毒方治疗宫颈癌前病变的临床疗效。方法:选择宫颈癌前病变患者121例,随机分为研究组61例,对照组60例。研究组采用宫颈锥切术+术后中药补充治疗3个疗程;对照组采用宫颈锥切治疗。比较两组术后3个月复查宫颈HPV、TCT检测结果。结果:两组治疗前后效果显著,研究组治疗效果高于常规组,两组治疗3个月后病变转阴率情况,研究组优于常规组。结论:采用宫颈锥切术后加中药补充治疗,可以显著降低高危型HPV病毒载量,对于HPV转阴疗效确切,临床使用安全可靠,无明显不良反应。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of cervical conization combined with Qingre Jiedu recipe in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions.Methods:121 patients with cervical precancerous lesions were randomly divided into study group(61 cases)and control group(60 cases).The study group was treated with cervical conization plus Chinese herbal medicine after operation for three courses of treatment.The control group was treated with cervical conization.The results of cervical HPV and TCT were compared between the two groups three months after operation.Result:The effect of two groups before and after treatment is remarkable.The effect of study group is higher than that of routine group.The negative rate of lesions in two groups after 3 months of treatment is better than that of routine group.Conclusion:The use of cervical conization combined with traditional Chinese medicine supplementary treatment after operation can significantly reduce the high-risk HPV viral load.It has definite effect on HPV negative conversion,safe and reliable clinical use,and no obvious adverse reactions.
