摘要
苏轼是中国古代有名的美食家,他善于在生活中发现美,善于在逆境中寻求心灵的超脱。美食在他的笔下超越了实用价值,变为审美意象,完成了诗意化的过程。苏轼的饮食书写充分展示了宋代文人士大夫日常生活的审美化取向。
SU Shi was a famous gourmet in ancient China.He was adept in finding beauty in life and involving himself in an unconventional state of mind even in adversity.Under his pen,delicacies surpassed their pragmatic value and became the aesthetic objects.In this sense,the poetic process was achieved.SU Shi’s description of food fully showed the aesthetic orientation of literati and officials in their daily life.
