“经济宪法”一词在20世纪20年代中文译著文献中已出现。早期中文文献对“经济宪法”进行了初步介绍和探究,其中涉及经济宪法生成的趋势动因,德国经济宪法的产生根由、初成步骤、主要内容、初始实施,以及其它国家经济宪法的存在状况。

The term"economic constitution"had appeared in Chinese translated literature in the 1920s.The early Chinese literature made a preliminary introduction and exploration of"Economic Constitution",including the trend of the formation of economic constitution,and the origin,forming steps,main content,initial implementation of German economic constitution,and the existing conditions of economic constitution of other countries.
