基于LabVIEW的货车复合材料超载预检系统设计

Design of Composite Material Overload Pre-inspection System Based on LabVIEW

超载超限运输严重损害公路,影响公共安全。为了有效制止超载行为,设计了一种复合材料称重系统。系统利用LabVIEW软件和数据采集卡、传感器,在复合材料称重结构支持下,快速识别车牌号,能测量复合材料称重结构加载后的应力及变形,进而计算出货车的载重量,对于超载货车,系统即时发出超载警示。

Overload and over limit transportation seriously damages the highway and affects public safety.In order to effectively prevent overloading,a composite weighing system is designed.This system uses LabVIEW software,data acquisition card and sensor,under the support of composite weighing structure,it can quickly identify the license plate number,measure the stress and deformation of composite weighing structure after loading,and then calculate the load capacity of freight car.For overloaded freight car,the system sends out overload warning immediately.
