加味化痰通络汤对急性脑卒中患者血清炎症因子及神经功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究加味化痰通络汤对急性脑卒中患者血清炎症因子及神经功能的影响。方法:选取诊治于我院的急性脑卒中患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各45例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在西药基础上给予加味化痰通络汤治疗。对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后血清炎症因子及神经功能评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组治疗后各血清炎症因子水平及神经功能评分均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予急性脑卒中患者西药联合加味化痰通络汤治疗,可获得较好的临床效果,能够减轻患者炎症反应,利于恢复其神经功能。 Objective:To explore the effect of flavored phlegm-dispelling and collateral-clearing decoction on serum inflammatory factors and neurological function in patients with acute stroke.Methods:90 patients diagnosed with acute stroke and treated in our hospital were randomized into two groups with 45 cases in each.Conventional western medicine was adopted for the the control group,while flavored phlegmdispelling and collateral-clearing decoction was used for the observation group on the basis of western medicine.The clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors and neurological scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,which was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum inflammatory factor levels and neurological scores of the observation group were lower after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant.(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of acute stroke patients with western medicine combined with flavored phlegm-dispelling and collateral-clearing decoction can achieve better clinical efficacy,reduce the patient’s inflammatory response,and help restore their neurological functions.
