健脾益胃方联合FOLFOX方案化疗治疗晚期胃癌的疗效观察

The efficacy of the recipe of invigorating the spleen&nourishing the stomach combined with FOLFOX chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer

目的:观察健脾益胃方联合FOLFOX方案化疗治疗晚期胃癌的疗效。方法:选取本院收治的104例晚期胃癌患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组各52例。对照组给予FOLFOX方案化疗,在此基础上,观察组给予健脾益胃方治疗。观察两组疗效、免疫功能及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+均低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:健脾益胃方联合FOLFOX方案化疗可有效提高晚期胃癌患者机体免疫功能,改善临床症状,提高抗肿瘤效果,且未增加不良反应,安全性高。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of the decoction of invigorating the spleen&nourishing the stomach combined with FOLFOX chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 104 patients with advanced gastric cancer treated in our hospital were randomized into two groups with 52 patients each.Patients in the control group was given FOLFOX chemotherapy,while patients in the observation group was given recipe of invigorating the spleen&nourishing based on the FOLFOX chemotherapy.Then the curative effect,immune function and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher,which was of statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in the control group were lower than those of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The recipe of invigorating the spleen&nourishing the stomach combined with FOLFOX chemotherapy can effectively improve the patients’immune functions,clinical symptoms and anti-tumor effect without increasing the adverse reactions.Besides,it is of high safety.
