个性化护理对脑梗死患者吞咽障碍的护理效果观察

Effect of individualized nursing on dysphagia in patients with cerebral infarction

目的:探讨个性化护理对脑梗死患者吞咽障碍的护理效果。方法:采用随机分组模式对120例脑梗死患者进行观察护理,观察组60例给予个性化护理,对照组60例给予常规护理。结果:观察组主动学习依从性(96.67%),主动参与训练依从性(98.33%)、护理服务满意度(100.00%)、并发症发生率(3.33%)、洼田饮水试验(1.36±0.27)分、藤氏吞咽障碍评分(8.69±1.75)分,各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对脑梗死患者实施个性化护理干预效果显著,可改善吞咽障碍。

Objective:To discuss the effect of individualized nursing on dysphagia in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:120 subjects with cerebral infarction were divided into the observation group and control group by computer grouping mode.60 patients in the observation group received individualized nursing,while routine nursing mode for another 60 patients in the control group.Results:The active learning compliance(96.67%),active participation in training compliance(98.33%),nursing service satisfaction(100.00%),complication rate(3.33%),Watian Drinking Water Test(1.36±0.27),and Caiteng’s Dysphagia Score(8.69±1.75)for the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The adoption of individualized nursing intervention for patients with cerebral infarction turns out to be more effctive,and can improve their dysphagia.
