摘要
随着中国工业对环保和安全要求的不断加强,使用天然制冷剂的CO2亚临界复叠或载冷系统应用越来越广泛,冷凝蒸发器是该系统的核心设备之一。通过对比分析发现全焊接板壳式换热器相对于管壳式换热器,具有结构紧凑,充注量低,高效换热,耐压力波动冲击,运输和安装费用低的优势;全焊接板壳式换热器相对于半焊板式换热器,具有更高的安全保障,无垫片无外漏且无需后期更换垫片的材料和费用的优势。全焊接板壳式换热器用作CO2亚临界制冷系统的冷凝蒸发器具有较大的技术优势。
With the increasing requirements for environmental protection and safety in China’s industry,CO2 subcritical cascade or refrigeration systems using natural refrigerants are more and more widely used.Cascade-condenser is one of the core equipment of the system.Through comparative analysis,it is found that fully welded plate and shell heat exchangers have the advantages of compact structure,low charge,high heat transfer efficiency,resistance to pressure fluctuation,and low cost for transportation and installation compared with the shell and tube heat exchanger.While compared with semi-welded plate heat exchangers,fully welded plate-and-shell heat exchangers have higher security,no gaskets,lower risk for leakage,and no cost for gasket materials and maintenance downtime.In conclusion,for Cascade of CO2 subcritical refrigeration system,the fully welded plate and shell heat exchanger is the best solution that fulfills all the core requirements of the system.
