摘要
通过对某大型冷库制冷系统方案设计及论证比较,得出适应当前环境下的最佳方案。该超大型冷库中,采用CO2/NH3复叠制冷系统投资成本相比于纯氨制冷系统提高约16.6%,但是将制冷剂氨的充注量控制在25吨左右,能在很大的程度上减少危险源隐患,降低运营管理的安全管理压力,保障生产安全。
By designing and comparing a large-scale cold storage refrigeration system,the best solution is obtained.In this very large cold storage,the investment cost of the CO2/NH3 cascade refrigeration system is increased by about 16.6%compared to the pure ammonia refrigeration system,but the refrigerant ammonia charge is controlled to about 25 tons,which can largely reduce the hidden dangers of dangerous sources,reduce the safety management pressure of operation management.
