烟草制丝电控集成系统主要涵盖"生产执行管理系统""集中监控系统""PLC控制系统"3个层面,该系统不仅包括与制丝线工艺段控制系统集成,还包括与MES、原料高架库、糖料间、膨胀烟丝生产线、半成品丝库(含掺配)、成品丝库(含风力喂丝)等系统的集成。系统的良好集成是构建制丝车间所有设备统一协调工作的基础,因此,制丝电控集成系统应为各相关系统预留有良好的数据接口,以保证必要的信息传递畅通无阻,从而实现生产的统一调度管理和数据的各级共享。

The tobacco-cutting electronic control integrated system mainly covers three levels:production execution management system,centralized monitoring system and PLC control system,which not only includes integration with the control system of tobacco primary processing,but also includes the integration with the MES system,the pallet warehouse of raw materials,the sugar crop storage,the expanded tobacco shred production line,the semi-finished cut tobacco storage(including blending),the finished cut tobacco storage(including cut tobacco pneumatic feeding)and other systems.The good integration of these systems is the basis for the unified coordination of all the equipment in the tobacco primary processing workshop.Therefore,the tobacco-cutting electronic control integrated system should reserve good data interfaces for all relevant systems to ensure the smooth transfer of necessary information,so as to achieve unified production dispatching management and data sharing at all levels.
