摘要
采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜分析技术,研究了奥氏体化温度对15Cr2MnNi2TiA低合金高强钢强韧性的影响。结果表明:在830℃奥氏体化温度和170℃时效处理下,钢的力学性能达到最佳强韧性匹配,即抗拉强度为1 339 MPa、屈服强度为1 131 MPa、伸长率为13%、断面收缩率为66%、冲击吸收功为200.2 J、硬度为372HBW。
The effect of austenitizing temperature on strength-toughness of low alloy high strength steel 15Cr2MnNi2TiA was investigated by analysis techniques of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the mechanical properties of steel reached the best strength-toughness matching at austenitizing temperature of 830 ℃ and aging treatment temperature of 170 ℃,i.e.,the tensile strength was 1 339 MPa,the yield strength was 1 131 MPa,the elongation was 13%,the percentage reduction of area was 66 %,the impact absorption work was 200.2 J,and the hardness was 372 HBW.
