摘要
通过对规格为0.6 mm×1 000 mm的海螺红/白彩涂板进行测量不确定度分析,确定了涂层厚度测量时不确定度的各种影响因素。借助DJH测厚仪对涂层厚度的测量不确定度进行了详细评定。结果表明:人员的测量水平高低对合成不确定度计算结果的影响度较大,仪器的校验对合成不确定度计算结果也有一定的影响。本次评定结果可为实验室日常检测准确性提供参考。
Through the measurement uncertainty analyses of red/white color coated plate with the specification of 0.6 mm×1 000 mm,various influencing factors on the measurement uncertainty of coating thickness were determined.The measurement uncertainty of coating thickness was evaluated in detail by means of DJH thickness gauge. The results showed that the measurement level of personnel had great effect on the calculation results of combined uncertainty,and the calibration of instruments also had certain influence on the calculation results of combined uncertainty. The evaluation results could provide theoretical reference for the accuracy of laboratory routine testing.
