校企融通的服装工程专业创新训练基地建设

Construction of Innovative Training Base for Garment Engineering Specialty by University-enterprise Integration

随着服装行业快速发展,对纺织服装专业人才的要求越来越高,实践教学基地建设是服装工程专业技术人才培养的重要保障。通过分析我国高校实践教学基地存在的问题,提出常熟理工学院服装工程技术人才创新训练基地的建设理念,重点阐述成立行业教育联盟、共建共管和互培互聘、企业项目进基地、开展校企合作课程实践、共建教学资源的改革措施,以期为同类高校有效开展实践教学提供参考。

With the rapid development of the garment industry, the requirements for textile and garment professionals are getting higher. The construction of practice teaching base is an important guarantee for the training of engineering and technical talents in clothing specialty. Through analyzing the problems existing in the practice teaching bases of colleges and universities in China, this paper puts forward the construction concept of innovation training base for garment engineering and technical talents of Changshu institute of technology. The reform measures of establishing industrial education alliance, Co-construction and co-management, mutual training and mutual employment, enterprise project entering the base, carrying out curriculum practice of university-enterprise cooperation,and co-construction of teaching resources are mainly expounded. It is expected to provide reference for the effective practice teaching of similar colleges and universities.
