摘要
肥胖不仅影响儿童健康,且与成年期代谢综合征的发生密切相关,所以儿童肥胖已成为全球公共卫生面临的严峻挑战。多项研究表明脂质运载蛋白-2(lipocalin-2,LCN2)通过参与饮食调控、炎症反应、葡萄糖代谢、脂肪代谢等机制在肥胖的发病过程中发挥重要作用,且与代谢指标具有显著的相关性。基于其功能的多样性、表达的广泛性和易检测性,LCN2已经成为一种重要的生物标志物。研究LCN2在儿童肥胖症中的作用及调控机制,对于预防和治疗儿童肥胖症有着重要意义。
Obesity not only affects children′s health,but also is closely related to the occurrence of metabolic syndrome in adulthood.Therefore,childhood obesity has become a serious challenge to global public health.Many studies have shown that lipocalin-2(Lcn2)plays an important role in the pathogenesis of obesity by participating in diet regulation,inflammatory response,glucose metabolism,fat metabolism and other mechanisms,and has a significant correlation with metabolic indicators.Lcn2 has become an important biomarker because of its diversity of functions,wide expression and easy detection.It is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of childhood obesity to study the role and regulatory mechanism of Lcn2 in childhood obesity.
