快速康复护理在前列腺癌根治术患者中的应用效果

Efficacy of rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients undergoing radical prostatectomy

目的探讨快速康复护理在前列腺癌根治术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年4月至2019年1月间陕西省安康市中医医院收治的行腹腔镜下根治性手术治疗的112例前列腺癌患者,采用随机数表法分为试验组和对照组,每组56例。对照组患者术后采用常规护理管理,试验组患者在常规护理管理基础上实施快速康复护理,比较两组患者的心理状况、术后康复指标及术后并发症发生情况。结果两组患者护理后焦虑和抑郁评分均低于护理前,且试验组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者术后康复指标比较,试验组患者下床活动时间、术后首次肛门通气时间、首次排便时间、引流管拔除时间和术后住院时间均短于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者术后并发症发生率比较,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列腺癌根治术后患者采用快速康复护理,能有效改善患者负性情绪,提高康复速度,降低并发症发生率,促进术后恢复,有推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the efficacy of rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients undergoing radical prostatectomy.Methods A total of 112 patients with prostate cancer who underwent laparoscopic radical surgery at Ankang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2016 to January 2019 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group with 56 patients in each group.The experimental group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing on this basis conventional nursing and the control group received routine nursing management.The nursing efficacy,postoperative rehabilitation indexes and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of depression and anxiety decreased in both groups after nursing compared with before nursing with the experimental group lower than the control group(all P<0.05).By comparing the postoperative rehabilitation indexes,time to out-of-bed activity,time to anal ventilation,time to defecation,time to extubation and postoperative length of hospital stay were shorter in the experimental group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation can effectively improve negative emotion,promote postoperative recovery,and reduce the incidence of complications in patients undergoing radical prostatectomy.
