基于微信的健康教育模式对PICC带管肿瘤患者出院后知识掌握及自理能力的影响 被引量:12

Effects of We Chat based health education on knowledge acquisition and self-care ability in cancer patients with PICC line after discharge

摘要 目的探讨基于微信的健康教育模式对经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)带管肿瘤患者出院后知识掌握及自理能力的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月间山东省立第三医院收治的174例PICC带管肿瘤患者,按护理方式不同分为研究组和对照组,每组87例。对照组患者采用常规护理,研究组患者采用基于微信的健康教育模式护理,比较两组患者知识掌握情况、自理能力、并发症发生情况和生存质量情况。结果研究组患者饮食知识、基本化疗知识、用药知识及患肢锻炼评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组患者日常活动、日常观察、带管运动、处理异常情况和依从性评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率为4.6%,低于对照组的23.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组患者生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用基于微信的健康教育模式在PICC带管肿瘤患者的护理中,效果较好,值得临床广泛应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of We Chat-based health education on knowledge acquisition and self-care ability after discharge in patients with cancer who were given peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC).Methods A total of 174 cancer patients with PICC line were selected at Shandong Provincial Third Hospital between January 2018 and January 2019.They were divided into a study group and a control group with 87 patients in each group according the nursing they received.Patients in the study group received We Chat based health education and the control group was only given routine nursing care.Knowledge,self-care ability,the incidence of complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Scores of nutrition knowledge,basic knowledge of chemotherapy,medication knowledge and knowledge of limb exercise were higher in the study group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Scores of routine activities,daily life,exercises,response to an abnormal situation and compliance were higher in the study group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications was4.6%in the study group which was lower than 23.0%of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,scores of quality of life were higher in the study group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion We Chat based health education shows significant efficacy in cancer patients with PICC line,which is worthy to be widely promoted and applied in clinical practice.
